” 34 Yrs Old Mom of 3. – Baton Rouge, LA”
In my consult dr cox said he would do a lift without charging me. Day of surgery cox said he could fix my constricted breast without a lift. Dr Cox lowered my mammory fold and the outcome ended with a double bubble. I took his advice on implant size of 265cc which I am regretting. Revision surgery with bigger implants would cost the same as original amount. Dr Cox did tell me I should be happy my breast look better than they did before. Needless to say I’m am very depressed with the outcome. I wish I would have shopped around before going with Dr Cox.
“My storyyyy”
So I plan to have breast augmentation done around end of August early September! Right now I’m a 34b and I’m hoping to get a full c! I’ve been wanting to have this done for a while and after talking to a friend whose had it done recently I decided this year is the year to to do it! I’m just sceptic of doing it because I’m a hairdresser and I will only be able to take a week off of work! I’m thinking I’ll have the surgery on a Friday and take the following sat-mon off of work! Which will give me around 10 days to heal before going back to work. I’m thinking I’ll try and schedule a light week following the surgery week! Just curious if any of you are hairdressers who’ve done this or know anyone who has! I’m worried I won’t be able to work the week I go back!
“6 1/2 months Lift/Augmentation and LOVING THEM!!!! ;) – Louisiana, LA”
I am 34 years old and mother of 3 children (all breastfed). I had gastric bypass surgery 4 years ago and have lost 100lbs. I have wanted to have breast augmentation my entire adult life. I have slightly tuberous breasts so I have never been comfortable with the shape of them. My ps seems confident he can correct this. I looked into having the procedure done years ago but just couldn’t swing it financially. Good thing it worked out that way since I have had 2 more children since then and much more breast sagging. I am finally ready!!! I am as excited as I am nervous. I am counting the days. I am mostly concerned about the time frame for returning to work and the pain involved. I have a desk job for the most part, but lots of things I have read lead me to believe a week may not be long enough. I think my pain tolerance is pretty high. I am hoping so anyway 🙂 Any preop or postop advice would be much appreciated. I am getting silicone implants under the muscle with a lollipop lift. Not sure what size yet. Preop is December 5 and will decide then. I am 150lbs 5’4″.
