Breast Reduction and Lift: Very Trustworthy and Fair Pricing

5 5 Star Rating

I first went to Dr. Cox for breast reduction and lift. I couldn’t have had better results. I then returned to Dr. Cox for a consultation on a tummy tuck. A friend of mine convinced me to see her doctor for a consult. Her doctor’s price was much higher and he told me all these things he could do. I was a little unsure so I went back to see Dr. Cox again. Dr. Cox won’t over promise results. He told me exactly what the outcome would be and what to expect. In fact he could have sold me on additional procedures that wouldn’t have provided any substantial results for the cost. Dr. Cox will be totally honest with what he can do and is more than fair when it comes to the cost of surgery. I did a tummy tuck and all around lower body lift. I love the results. In February 2018 I had a brow lift and lower face lift. Again Dr. Cox did a fantastic job. I love the results. I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Dr. Cox was right on with the results and what he could do. It truly took years off of my face.

Blepharoplasty: I highly recommend Dr. Cox and his staff!

5 5 Star Rating

I highly recommend Dr. Cox and his staff! He has given me back the confidence I once had. I’m 42 and had droopy eyelids; it had gotten to the point I did not want to look at myself in the mirror. After my eyelift, there was such a dramatic yet subtle change, which was exactly what I wanted. He is a truly gifted surgeon, as well as a kind, patient, and humble gentleman. He will not guarantee results he cannot provide just to talk you into more procedures. His staff is also amazing and very helpful. From beginning to end, this entire experience has been nothing short of a blessing. Thank you, Dr. Cox!

“27 Years Old with Bags! Baton Rouge, LA”

5 5 Star Rating

I’m 27 soon to be 28 for as long as I can remember I have had lower lid bags. I was done with always looking tired and asked “did you just wake up?” I decided to get a consult with the Dr. Cox, who also did my upper eye lids. Hereditary eye hoods and bags was what I got cursed with. Dr. Cox did an amazing job on my uppers so it was a no brained he would do my lowers. I’m still healing as I’m only 4 days out. I’m sure I’ll be pleased.

“Low Self Confidence, Ready for a BOOST! – Baton Rouge, LA”

5 5 Star Rating

So I went for a consult yesterday with Dr. Gary W. Cox at Associates of Plastic Surgery in Baton Rouge Louisiana. He was very nice and seemed like he knew what he was talking about. He told me I would be good with 300 cc of saline behind the muscle. I am currently a small A and want to be a comfortable C. The doctor told me the procedure takes 30 mins and he does the surgery in his office in a operating type of room that he has set up there. I know someone that went to Doctor Cox and she referred me to him and spoke very highly of him. I scheduled my appointment for Friday August 22 2014. I go for my pre op visit on Monday August 18, 214. My 21 birthday is Tuesday August 19 so looks like I’m getting a good present!! I am ready to look more feminine and feel more comfortable in my swimwear. And I’m ready to be more confident in myself. I am doing this procedure for my confidence 100%. My boyfriend of over 3 years loves me how I am but supports me in my decision if I choose this. I get second thoughts at times but its because I’m afraid of them not being perfect and its so much money. I need some uplifting advice so feel free to send it my way! I like how everyone tells their story day by day and that’s what I plan to do!!

“Wonderful Results from a Wonderful Staff!”

5 5 Star Rating

2/22/2018 I had researched a couple of different practices before I made my decision and I am so pleased that I went with Dr. Cox. From the very first phone call to schedule my appointment, to my pre-op visit to the actual surgery, I was treated by a wonderful staff. I am a 51 year old woman that had been considering a breast reduction for quit a few years but was always too afraid. They made me feels so comfortable and answered all my questions. My results came out wonderful! I went from a G to a medium- full C with minimal scarring. Christi, Dr. Cox’s nurse was available anytime I had a question or concern after my surgery. I live a little over two hours away and if I was unsure about anything I could send her pictures and get a response almost immediately which was very comforting. My only regret is that I didn’t do it sooner! if you are looking for excellent results from an excellent team, I suggest giving Dr. Cox a visit, you won’t regret it!

“Had a great experience with Dr Cox”

5 5 Star Rating

Had a great experience with Dr Cox. The results exceeded our expectations. We researched a LOT before the surgery looking at before and after pics. From the first consult to after surgery care, Dr Cox answered all questions. Great bedside manner! I would recommend Dr Cox to anyone remotely considering the operation. The only regret we have is not having the surgery done sooner. Truly a life changing experience.

“Facelift and Corrections”

5 5 Star Rating

Dr. Gary Cox performed my face lift and did an excellent job. He also corrected a previous procedure I had done several years ago. I had gone to another well- known doctor , but he said there was nothing he could do to correct my previous procedure. However, Dr. Cox decided to try the corrections needed, and I was very surprised and thankful over the outcome. I would highly recommend him.

“Perfect and pain free breast lift!”

5 5 Star Rating

Dr Cox was amazing to say the least! I visited 5 different doctors in the Baton Rouge area for a consultation on breast lift with augmentation. Dr Cox was the last doctor I saw so I knew pretty well what my different options for incision type were and what size implant. Dr Cox examined me and hit the nail on the head for all of my questions and concerns. He was realists and knowledgeable, but warm and personable at the same time. I decided to call the next week and book my surgery for the following week. From day one post- op I felt and looked great. I’ve had zero issues and my incisions are darn near PERFECT! As are my new breasts! I couldn’t be happier with my results and with Dr Cox’s and his staff! Highly recommend to anyone looking to do this type of surgery.

Awesome is all I can say this Doc worked magic on my 52K breast by giving me and awesome breast reduction and breast lift. He removed a total of 7 pounds. I hope he have his seat belt fasten because, I want him to do my tummy tuck! Great price and has a heart for people. I call his office anytime day and night and they told me come right in if I felt something wasn’t right but everything was good. His nurse is sweet like mommy apple pie!

” 34 Yrs Old Mom of 3. – Baton Rouge, LA”

5 5 Star Rating

In my consult dr cox said he would do a lift without charging me. Day of surgery cox said he could fix my constricted breast without a lift. Dr Cox lowered my mammory fold and the outcome ended with a double bubble. I took his advice on implant size of 265cc which I am regretting. Revision surgery with bigger implants would cost the same as original amount. Dr Cox did tell me I should be happy my breast look better than they did before. Needless to say I’m am very depressed with the outcome. I wish I would have shopped around before going with Dr Cox.

“Breast Implant Revision/Lipo on Back, Love Handles, Hips, and Thighs – Baton Rouge, LA”

5 5 Star Rating

Implant revision to remove old 390cc saline implants done by another doctor. Dr. Cox and I decided on a larger implant, 700cc’s (Saline again), to restore fullness to both breasts. Best decision I ever made! I am not a very petite woman so the implants do not overwhelm me. Very satisfied with the results so far. I also had Liposuction on my back, hips/thighs, and love handle area. Still swollen from that procedure, but after the first week I could tell a major difference. I have much more of an hour-glass figure thanks to the liposuction!

“Super Duper Nervous :-). Super Duper Excited. -Baton Rouge, LA”

5 5 Star Rating

My facelift is scheduled for 2/4/14. Just like everyone else who has ever contemplated this, I’m nervous, scared, excited, ready for it to be tomorrow, ready to back out completely.

I’m 51 years old and am a breast cancer survivor. This occurred when I was 34 years old. The same clinic that did my mastectomy is doing my face.

My face started dropping and wrinkling horribly after menopause. I started noticing that my skin and neck looked worse that those of much, much older women. I’m ready to tackle this 🙂

“Waiting on Surgery Date – Baton Rouge, LA”

5 5 Star Rating

So I was contemplating to have my 13 year old saline implants removed. This week I booked and paid for my surgery. My PS assures me bc of my small implant and natural dd boobs that I will sag more but still have nice size breasts. He and his staff were amazing!! And by next year if I feel I need a lift I will do so then. So wish me luck everyone!! 5 days in counting to the new “natural” me

“My storyyyy”

5 5 Star Rating

So I plan to have breast augmentation done around end of August early September! Right now I’m a 34b and I’m hoping to get a full c! I’ve been wanting to have this done for a while and after talking to a friend whose had it done recently I decided this year is the year to to do it! I’m just sceptic of doing it because I’m a hairdresser and I will only be able to take a week off of work! I’m thinking I’ll have the surgery on a Friday and take the following sat-mon off of work! Which will give me around 10 days to heal before going back to work. I’m thinking I’ll try and schedule a light week following the surgery week! Just curious if any of you are hairdressers who’ve done this or know anyone who has! I’m worried I won’t be able to work the week I go back!

“6 1/2 months Lift/Augmentation and LOVING THEM!!!! ;) – Louisiana, LA”

5 5 Star Rating

I am 34 years old and mother of 3 children (all breastfed). I had gastric bypass surgery 4 years ago and have lost 100lbs. I have wanted to have breast augmentation my entire adult life. I have slightly tuberous breasts so I have never been comfortable with the shape of them. My ps seems confident he can correct this. I looked into having the procedure done years ago but just couldn’t swing it financially. Good thing it worked out that way since I have had 2 more children since then and much more breast sagging. I am finally ready!!! I am as excited as I am nervous. I am counting the days. I am mostly concerned about the time frame for returning to work and the pain involved. I have a desk job for the most part, but lots of things I have read lead me to believe a week may not be long enough. I think my pain tolerance is pretty high. I am hoping so anyway 🙂 Any preop or postop advice would be much appreciated. I am getting silicone implants under the muscle with a lollipop lift. Not sure what size yet. Preop is December 5 and will decide then. I am 150lbs 5’4″.

“Gettin’ These Things Out! – Baton Rouge, LA”

5 5 Star Rating

Hi everybody- my name is Leigh- I’m 29 and have had saline implants for 10 years (yes, I really did do that at 19). I was a 32B before surgery and went up about 2 cup sizes, or 420 cc’s under the muscle. I have stayed within 15 pounds up my pre-op weight which was 108 lbs. and am 5’4″. I did have a child when I was 22, but did not breastfeed- my boobs did however go up another cup size to DD’s when I was pregnant even though I only gained 20 lbs. during pregnancy. Hmm, that’s the stats:)

Anyhow, I have wanted to remove my implants for about 6 years- just because I don’t want to be “fake” anymore. I am so uncomfortable having such large breasts for being so small, and wish I would’ve had more self-esteem and someone to tell me not to do this when I was so young. My boobs look fine, maybe some slight rippling, which is unavoidable, but are very natural looking- this is literally a decision to be myself again and not to commit my life to unnecessary surgery anymore.

I will be having my implants removed with local anesthesia/twilight sedation approx. in the next 6 months. My doctor believes that I have a chance to heal well without a lift, but did explain that I won’t really know until around 6 months after having them removed. This is my story- I hope that it helps anyone feel supported and like they are not alone in this.
